Between 2018 and 2023, Swiss jurists in Geneva promoted a legal expenses insurance scheme to residents of both Switzerland and France.

Switzerland is not an EU member and does not have passporting rights for the sale of legal expenses insurance into EU countries like France.

Daniel Pocock, an Irish-Swiss-Australian citizen, wrote a very detailed blog post about the affair in October 2023.

Mr Pocock subsequently commenced the JuristGate.com web site where he is analyzing each detail of the scheme with evidence.

Customers who purchased the insurance have been victims of miscarriages of justice. The Swiss regulator FINMA has hidden details from the customers. Customers may be at risk of suicide and other adverse consequences.

Rogue Swiss tribunals, plagued by nepotism and politics, as proven by Mr Pocock's evidence, have tarnished the reputations of workers and freelancers and then dumped them into EU countries. Is that what the Freedom of Movement program intended?
